Cequens Egypt is currently looking for a talented Graphic Designer to create an employer image and campaigns that carry a direct and positive impact to the employees & potential candidates
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for all the designs for the Internal Communications & People Operations emails, Social media posts (Facebook & Instagram), CSR campaigns, careers website, events, flyers, newsletter, internal training program designs & department’s presentation and other types of communications media.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Works closely with the Brand Ambassador and others, generating ideas to be presented to the Happiness lead.
Works on designs to produce effective campaigns for the Internal Communications & People operations’ emails.
Viral designs that will help position our brand the Cequens way.
Responsible for photographing all the events and applying the needed edits to be published.
Create the Departments’ presentation on all the programs and initiatives that will be launched.
Create Employment events signs and branding.
Accountable for the designs of the newsletter.
All PR material such as branded gifts/giveaways, business cards, ID cards and other print assets.
Manage internal branding designs of Cequens new premises.
Assist the Training & Development function with needed presentations, material & handouts.
Job Requirements
2+ years of creative work experience.
Bachelor’s in art, design or marketing.
Desired Skills
Self-learner.
Highly creative with exceptional artistic style and always involved into state-of-the-art trends of design.
Owns a thorough understanding of photography, typography and printing.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
work well as part of a team, with a range of people
Has an interest in social and cultural trends and fashion.
Mastery of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Photo and video editing skills are a plus.
Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
Excellent oral and written skills of both English and Arabic languages.
Attention to details and high level of quality monitoring of different collaterals.
