Job Description
Ericsson Egypt is looking for a Second Level Operations Specialist who will be responsible for the coordination, management, execution and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support than offered by the 1st level Operations.
This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Drive Customer Service Requests and be a key player in Customer emergency handling.
Maintain high level of technical knowledge by continuous learning through courses, testing and different activities.
Support key customer introducing new releases and features in their markets both remotely and on site.
Job Requirements
BSc level in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering)
5-7 years of experience in 2nd Level operations.
Proficient in both oral and written English.
Strong technical background on IP network solutions.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Desired Skills
Microwave technology competence.
Knowledge of Ericsson MINI-LINK TN, CN, PT, 6600 series and E-band.
Knowledge of Ericsson Broadband management systems SO EM, IPTNMS-C and IPTNMS-P.
Experience in Customer Support.
