Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Identify and develop veterinary pharmaceutical products' marketing strategies to capture all available business opportunities to achieve the strategic businesses objectives.
Analyze sales figures as well as marketing metrics to discover business opportunities through close monitoring and analyzing of sales volumes, market share trends and competition activities.
Develop and review the annual marketing plans and semester gap analysis.
Communicate and propose the quarterly action plan of all Animal Health Care products based on quarter priorities.
Prepare the marketing materials and activities.
Ensure efficient implementation and joint activities of “Customer Relationship Management-CRM” plan across the Animal Health Care Business Unit.
Monitor and control the marketing budget and expenditures on quarter, semester, and annual basis.
Develop, Monitor and control the annual samples and materials plan.
Responsible for providing training to the sales team and new comers with the necessary technical expertise for the products to enable them to effectivly achieve their targets' plan.
Recommend and manage Animal Health Care business unit new launches.
Conduct field visits with the field force to insure plans' implementation and proper message delivery.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Veterinary Medicine or Pharmaceutical Sciences .
4+ years of experience in the marketing field of animal health care.
Excellent command of English language.
