ITWORX Egypt is currently hiring an experienced Infrastructure Engineer who will be responsible for the following tasks
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for systems infrastructure, which include technical support, security, systems and network management.
S/he will also be responsible for systems design, configuration, integration, testing, installation and administration of software solutions.
S/he will be required to maintain the health and efficiency of all infrastructure systems using a practical background in Systems and network engineering.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or any related discipline.
4+ years of relevant work experience.
Very good knowledge & hands on experience in installing, configuring & administrating Windows Server Families and MS Active Directory is a must.
Good knowledge & hands on experience in installing, configuring & administrating MS Exchange, MS SharePoint, MS SQL,MS Office365 and MS Azure.
Good knowledge & hands on experience in installing, configuring & administrating Cisco Network Devices (Routers, Switches & Firewalls).
Good knowledge & hands on experience in installing, configuring & administrating Cisco Telephony & Network Solutions (Cisco IP Phones, Cisco Call Manager & Cisco ISE).
Good communication & teamwork skills.
Very good English language skills (Speaking & Writing).
MCSA or higher is preferred.
CCNA or higher is preferred.
