Job Description
Combining business insight and a strategic mindset, the right candidate will play a key role in both the daily operations of the company and the future growth of the business, supporting all relevant business units with insights to make informed decisions towards achieving the company’s short- and long-term targets and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Strategic forecasting, reporting and budgeting, advising and supporting company CEO and executive management
Performing operational analyses to inform and support company decision-making
Guiding the development and implementation of budget planning and business strategies
Assisting to define, set and measure KPIs for marketing and sales departments
Performing routine financial and operational tasks
Overseeing and supervising a team of external accountants
Job Requirements
Master’s degree in finance, business administration or similar field
Minimum of two years’ relevant experience
Analytical mindset and excellent business acumen
Driven and determined self-starter
Structured spreadsheet guru, data nerd and number cruncher
Dedicated team player with hands-on approach and can-do attitude
