Careem Egypt is currently looking for a Project Executive who will be responsible for the following tasks
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Lead Cross Functional Projects.
Assemble the stakeholder list ensuring full alignment and buy-in across the organization.
Form the project team and communicate project updates throughout the project life cycle to all stakeholders
Ensure project scope is well-defined, communicated, and controlled throughout the project management life cycle
Prepare a project schedule highlighting the critical path and the key resources needed to deliver a successful project, and carry out the needed schedule control measures to ensure project activities are being completed on time
Ensure that effective governance is created and maintained with clarity of roles and responsibilities agreed
Take responsibility for ad hoc projects of a strategic nature as they arise
Design and Improve Care Processes
Cooperate with different functions across the company to identify & eliminate process gaps and non-value activities improving the business processes
Analyze current business practices, develop and implement ideas to improve efficiency and performance
Job Requirements
2-4 years of experience in projects Management
Very good analytical skills
Experience in Customer care business process
Good planning & follow-up skills
Good stakeholder management skills
Good presentation, written and verbal communications skills
Good interpersonal and influencing skills (able to influence and work closely with employees across all functions and levels)
Ability to work cross functionally with geographically distributed teams
Ability to focus on details and timelines whilst maintaining the linkage to strategic big picture
Ability to meet deadlines whilst under pressure
Self-motivated with flexible attitude
