Danone Egypt is seeking a talented Front Desk & Office Administrator
As Front Desk & Office Administrator, you will be responsible to provide support in a variety of capacities which may include office supplies, equipment, inventory; administrative assistant; mail, and messenger services; cleaning, maintenance services; reception and communication systems (such as telephone, fax transmissions systems, etc.)
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Answer incoming calls and handle caller inquiries, direct calls and take adequate messages, greet, assist and directs visitors and requests to appropriate staff members; to meet visitors with flexibility and professionalism.
Office support services, receives, direct and relay telephones, pick up and receive emails.
Responsible for visa issuing, flights & hotel bookings.
Car Rental requests.
Courier delivery & pick up.
Creating Purchase Orders for various departments.
Issuing & Tracking parking and access cards.
Maintain adequate inventory of office supplies such as stationary, kitchen & cleaning supplies.
Monitoring the use of supplies and equipment.
Managing office facilities.
Managing the Security Team.
Managing the Housekeeping Team.
Reception Functions
Office Administration Functions
People Under the Supervision of the Position
Job Requirements
Education Bachelor Degree.
Location City Stars HQ.
Languages required Excellent Arabic & English – spoken, written and reading.
Experience 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar Admin role.
Computer skills Excellent competency in use of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point.
