Job Description
Etihad Airways is currently looking for a Business Analyst who will supports the product owner and product managers in ensuring the necessary level of detail, control and detailed analysis required for the successful completion of definition, testing and deployment tasks of Etihad software product’s.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Follow all relevant policies, processes and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Implement the day-to-day standard operations assigned to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures. Refer to supervisor for complex tasks which may require exceptions to procedures.
Comply with all relevant safety, security, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Define business analysis requirements for new software product or enhancements and support product owner in documenting users stories, features, roadmaps, customer journeys, reporting requirements and other artifacts.
Participate in developing business cases to demonstrate technical feasibility, sustainability and return on investment.
Ensure accuracy, alignment and approval of documents with product team and stakeholders.
Develop relationship with vendors and IT team working with them to ensure alignment.
Support quality testing, gather of issues, analyze and report to product team.
Analyze relevant data to the product and communicate key insights and findings to product team.
Monitor the proper tracking of all documents required from business by Etihad’s IT as well as by other business departments to ensure accurate documentation of all activities.
Coordinate with analysts of other products/projects analyst to ensure proper support to business.

Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma (2 years or more).
Minimum of 4 years of work experience within relevant business/IT field.
Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance.
Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
