Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Administering the organization’s benefits programs
Responsible for assisting with the administration of all benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance.
Researching and analyzing benefits plans, programs, and policies
Making recommendations based on data analyses
Managing the enrollment, renewal, and distribution processes
Apply effective communication strategies
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of experience.
Strong and proven analytical skills
Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
Professional Fluent English
Excellent Communication skills
Networking and Influencing skills
Strong Negotiation skills
