Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Receive PO stocks from Inbound unloading team,Update on tracker complete details of PO for QC.
Check physical item’s condition for each unit and Perform quality control process according to brand,disassemble any unit for having doubt of originality / refurbish / fake.
Model Prepare quality control report for rejected items,share with supply chain & category team.
Correspondence of concerned emails of quality control
Job Requirements
Assembling and disassembling of Mobiles.
Complete knowledge in L1, L2 and L3.
Hardware troubleshooting on Board
Complete knowledge of software Tools for mobiles or Laptops
Minimum Experience of 2 years in same field.
Comfortable with email and CRM system use
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a similar role
Experience in ecommerce
