Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Prepare all defect units and send them to suppliers for (Replacement , credit not , Fixed ) .
Follow-up with suppliers about the items at their side within SLA.
Contact with Finance team to proceed deduction for credit notes which received.
Contact Ops Team if the replacement units need to be switched with other (model , color ).
Transfer replaced units from our facility to normal location at FC side .
Make good communication with suppliers to speed up process and decrees the SLA.
Contact with categories team to know the suppliers agreement .
Make meeting with suppliers to put agreement for returns process.
Directing the delegate to complete the work with the suppliers
Job Requirements
Experience in a suitable role
Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Supply Chain
