    Job Description

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Prepare all defect units and send them to suppliers for (Replacement , credit not , Fixed ) .

    • Follow-up with suppliers about the items at their side within SLA.

    • Contact with Finance team to proceed deduction for credit notes which received.

    • Contact Ops Team if the replacement units need to be switched with other (model , color ).

    • Transfer replaced units from our facility to normal location at FC side .

    • Make good communication with suppliers to speed up process and decrees the SLA.

    • Contact with categories team to know the suppliers agreement .

    • Make meeting with suppliers to put agreement for returns process.

    • Directing the delegate to complete the work with the suppliers

    Job Requirements

    • Experience in a suitable role

    • Good communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in Supply Chain

    • Experience in e-commerce
