Act as the first point of contact for callers on the branch, ensuring that they are directed to the most appropriate bank representative to provide further service and also act as a conduit for delivering services
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Act as first point of contact in understanding customers’ requirements; provide proper information and directing them to the appropriate service point, thus starting the service process.
Attend to clients visiting the branch for their rented lockers
Assist / guide the walk-in customers to collect the proper token for the service required.
Proactively go to the waiting area and help / educate customers to avail other service delivery channels and assist them by demonstrating the usage of alternative delivery channels (ATMs-Automated Deposit Machines, phone, internet banking etc).
Ensure that the application forms and other promotional materials are advantageously displayed and provide headline information on the banking products and services to maximize the customer uptake.
Ensure timely contact with the customer to deliver customer requests (cheque books, cards, returned cheques, and letters) and to track through CRM
Collect application from client, scan to concerned Department in H.O e.g. (TT application to COD) within official cut-off-times and as laid down in bank’s policy and procedure.
Reconcile inventories of undelivered items, all types of cards/cheque books as per Bank’s policy
Ensure that the documentation and other requirements are available prior to handing over security documents
Carry out routine functions like filing of Daily Transaction Ticket Bundles to ensure the quality and timely completion of the work to facilitate the smooth functioning of the Branch.
Job Requirements
UAE Nationals
Graduate, preferably in commercially oriented discipline or Higher Secondary education with recognized diploma in Banking.
3 – 4 years of experience would be preferred.
Good verbal and written command of English and Arabic languages
Planning and organizing skills
