Döhler Egypt for the production of Natural Food and Beverage Ingredients seeks to hire a Logistics Specialist who will be responsible for the following tasks
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Manage and implement all export & Import procedures and processes.
Coordinate and prepare the necessary documentation and custom forms for the efficient and lawful execution of all import/export activities.
Timely management of multiple lines of communication between freight forwarders and customers.
Maintain and update rates and sheets, etc.
Book & coordinate most cost effective and efficient means to import/export goods within expected requirements.
Obtain export and Import certificates from various government agencies in compliance with each shipment
Handle and implement all samples orders with the internal parties and couriers.
Perform other job related functions as assigned by Logistics Manager.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor degree.
Excellent command of English.
1-2 years of experience in the same field (Import and Export).
SAP Experience is a plus.
Strong Communication skills.
Preferably residents of 6th of October and Giza.
