    Job Description

    Elsewedy Electric Egypt is hiring a Call Center Agent who will be Responsible for answering the customers’ inquiries and linking the customer with the person in charge of their requests. Handling customer satisfaction survey with the objective of retaining our customer and improving their experience with the company

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Answer phones professionally.

    • Follow up customer calls where necessary.

    • Respond to customer inquiries.

    • Handling customer satisfaction survey.

    • Handle and tracking customer complaints and document resolutions.

    • Identify and escalate priority issues.

    • Route calls to appropriate contact persons.

    • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.

    • Prepare activity analysis reports.

    Job Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor degree

    • Years of Experience: 3 to 5 Years experience in Call Center is preferable

    • Language: Arabic & English

    • Computer skills: Microsoft office

    • Excellent Communication & Problem Solving skills

    • Strong IT background

    • Ability to analyze data
