    Job Description

    This would be part of a new team that is working on launching an Attractions Marketplace that connects resellers globally to tours, excursions and attractions. The marketplace will provide Attractions with easy and quick access/connectivity to a wide and varied list of trade partners. On the other side, resellers will have a one point of access to book all attractions, introducing them to a wider list of attractions that can be offered to their customers.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Ensure that all financial transactions of the business are appropriately recorded and accounted for

    • Ensure that financial processes are efficient and effective

    • Ensure that all suppliers, and customers are invoiced, and paid on time

    • Responsible for the quality of and control over financial transactions re

    • Continuously focused on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the financial processes

    • Coordinating the daily/monthly/quarterly/annual and ad hoc operations of Finance

    • Accountable for all day-to-day accounting and treasury activities

    • In charge of managing financial-related tasks for the company

    • First line of contact for all clients for financial-related questions

    • Keep an overview of the monthly invoicing process.

    • Be the contact person on behalf of finance for the overall organization.

    • Support the IT development team in finance related developments within our platform. Where you use your knowledge every day in administration work, you can increase your knowledge and also contribute 'behind the scenes' to the success of the company.

    • The accounting is your responsibility. Ensure invoices get sent, paid and booked.

    • Support the client account managers where needed in your expertise: administrative and finance.

    • HR responsibilities: keep track on contracts, declarations, payroll etc.
