As the Finance & Controlling Intern, your responsibilities will range from monthly reporting and forecast planning to assisting with the preparations and planning for our yearly budget overviews.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Monthly preparation of Internal Reports for the Business Unit directors
Monitor G&As and Marketing Budget for various business units within MBCME
Generate reports from Microsoft Dynamix AX system
Monthly tracking of Key Performance Indicators for the Management Board
Monthly preparation of Accruals based on Open Purchase Orders
Review ACTUALS for cost centres and re-classify if necessary
Assess of Investment Planning
Operate tasks in Excel and PowerPoint
Active support of result planning (Expected Actuals, Operative Planning) in Controlling system IMPACT
Analyze deviation between Plan and Actuals with Controlling systems IMPACT and DISCOPLUS
Accounting: review of expense claims, booking of monthly recurring expenses, assisting in invoice register and approval process
Job Requirements
(Under) Graduate in business administration or similar
Work experience with Finance background preferred (training, other internships)
Advanced IT skills (PowerPoint & MS Excel in particular)
Analytic Skills
