    Job Description

    To perform all financial transactions (cash, cheques & transfer) for individual or corporate customers, in risk free manner and maintaining the set service standards at all times.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Manages customer expectations for each transaction and ensure adherence to basic service standards.Reduce wait time & serve time by efficient handling process

    • Handle all counter transactions accurately and swiftly in accordance with set process

    • Handle customers with different demographics, without any bias on nationality income or race.Investigate thoroughly differences in books by following required process of checking reports, notes denominations etc.

    • To be alert on possible frauds.Deal with financial transactions problems like cash shortage or excess.

    • To eliminate risk of cash differences by following diligently the process set and ensures accurate receipt and delivery of cash to customers.Adhere to all bank’s policies and procedures.

    Job Requirements

    • UAE National

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Banking sector.

    • Diploma / Bachelor Degree

    • Degree in Business Studies, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting.

    • English, Arabic preferred.

    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
