Job Description
To perform all financial transactions (cash, cheques & transfer) for individual or corporate customers, in risk free manner and maintaining the set service standards at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Manages customer expectations for each transaction and ensure adherence to basic service standards.Reduce wait time & serve time by efficient handling process
Handle all counter transactions accurately and swiftly in accordance with set process
Handle customers with different demographics, without any bias on nationality income or race.Investigate thoroughly differences in books by following required process of checking reports, notes denominations etc.
To be alert on possible frauds.Deal with financial transactions problems like cash shortage or excess.
To eliminate risk of cash differences by following diligently the process set and ensures accurate receipt and delivery of cash to customers.Adhere to all bank’s policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
UAE National
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Banking sector.
Diploma / Bachelor Degree
Degree in Business Studies, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting.
English, Arabic preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
