Job Description
We are seeking for a young, creative and energetic person to support our ambitious growth plan by creating awareness of our offering highlight our USP’s to all relevant stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Internal communication: creates awareness within sales teams for portfolio and product news
External communication strategy: define country-specific communication strategy for different stakeholders (system integrators, resellers, OEM's, consultants, MEP-contractors and end-users). Work on roll-out plans for new products
Monthly newsletters: organize distribution of monthly newsletter incl. definition or content, administration of contact database and preparation of statistics/reports
Customer events and exhibitions: organize regular customer events and lunch & learn seminars. Coordinate exhibition activities (e.g. Intersec)
Marcom material: adapt global Marcom material to local needs. Build-up and manage storage of data (presentations, brochures, etc.)
Social media: manage presence on social media and motivate team to support spreading information to the right channels
Sales funnel: coordinate monthly update of sales funnel. Follow-up with team members to receive information on time and consolidate data
Job Requirements
Must be enrolled in an University and pursuing Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing or Communication
Excellent communicator - fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage
Eager, critical and quick learner
Confident, well-organized team player who can also work well independently
Self-starter, ready to go the extra mile and get the job done
