    Job Description

    SODIC Egypt is currently seeking a Customer Service Executive who will be responsible for the following tasks

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Handle clients requests/complaints (walk-in/call-in).

    • Follow up on cases with various departments until the issue is resolved.

    • Handle unit transfers.

    • Occasional site visits with the clients.

    • Gather information from various departments to present a client’s case.

    Job Requirements

    • English and Arabic fluency"written and spoken".

    • Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficient.

    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

    • Strong leadership skills.

    • Excellent team work skills.

    • Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
