SODIC Egypt is currently seeking a Customer Service Executive who will be responsible for the following tasks
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Handle clients requests/complaints (walk-in/call-in).
Follow up on cases with various departments until the issue is resolved.
Handle unit transfers.
Occasional site visits with the clients.
Gather information from various departments to present a client’s case.
Job Requirements
English and Arabic fluency"written and spoken".
Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficient.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent team work skills.
Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
