Job Description
Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank - ADIB Egypt is currently seeking to hire an IT Procurement Specialist to Perform best practice in handling procurement activities complying with bank policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Examine and analyse departmental purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy of information.
Handle purchasing requests over bank level after obtaining necessary approvals.
Follow up delivery against agreed terms and conditions.
Prepare monthly reports in respective area of responsibility
Prepare invoices and maintain updated record for all payments.
Respond to customers for any inquiry in a timely manner and resolve purchasing
problems between department and vendor.
And any other assigned Tasks.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or other relevant degree from a recognized university.
3-6 years in banking or relevant field.
Excellent command of English language.
SAP or Oracle knowledge
