Job Description
Döhler Egypt for the production of Natural Food and Beverage Ingredients seeks to hire a Mechanics Specialist who will be responsible for the following tasks
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Initiating improvements.
Ensuring an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces.
Documenting efficient and effective processes in the company's internal IT systems.
Implementing in-house and statutory specifications and guidelines on hygiene, HACCP, food safety, occupational safety and environmental protection.
Conducting maintenance and service work on company plants (pumps, valves, filling organs, transport systems, homogenizers, centrifuges, transmissions, agitators, etc.) Machines and buildings.
Supporting commissioning and plant modifications.
Maintaining inspection records.
Implementing and maintaining OEDM (Operational Excellence Daily Management) standards (e.g. 5S; standardized work). Notifying the line manager of deviations.
Implementing preventative and responsive complaints and deviation management.
Working conditions: 8 Working Hours/ 3 Rotational shifts.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering.
1-3 years of experience in Food Industry.
Excellent command of English.
SAP experience is a plus.
Very good Communication skills.
