Analyst - Resources
The purpose of the role is to implement the new IT operating model of using global-scale IT service providers to increase speed of delivery and decrease costs, increases agility and increases budget consumption. The role plans and coordinates all requests for IT resources and IT services for the suppliers on framework agreements, collates the supplier responses, coordinates the suppler selection and work-order contracting and all related procurement activities. It manages spend against each supplier and implements the governance meetings, and management reporting of the framework agreements. It also acts as backup for the Budget Analyst for periods of leave or high workload.
Job Requirements
The job holder should hold a minimum of Degree level or minimum of Bachelor’s degree holder in computer science, economics, finance, business or related field.
Modules/training in Business Management would be an advantage.
The job holder should have a minimum of 3 - 5 years working experience in Budgeting, procurement, contracts or IT Financial Control.
Knowledge of Budgeting, Procurement, Financial Control and Contracts
Knowledge of GRP system, review work orders, invoices, job completion certificates and ensure timely payment for contracted items and services relating to the global framework agreements.
Knowledge of Requests for Services under Framework Agreement.
