    Job Description

    Provide operational support to Internal External stakeholders Adherence to Rules and Regulations from the Regulatorsie SCA DFSA Marketsie DFM ADX NASDAQ DUBAI DGCX TADAWUL ensure compliance with ENBD policies procedures and the underlying SLAs Agreements SLAs with affiliated and nonaffiliated TMs

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • To provide supervisory support to the operations team members and clear guidelines on the operation of processing settlement functions

    • Review approve all operational vouchers DGCX vouchers vouchers provided by finance including wrong deals funds transfers charges THARAA points settlement entries etc

    • Review approve telegraphic transfers to ensure timely settlements with the markets and the Institutional Customers VIPs

    • Follow up processing delays with the concerned units escalate to management when required

    • Ensure review of client contracts trade confirmations for the correctness by way of sample check

    • Monitor successful delivery of client contracts reconciliation routine and report any mismatch failures to CCC for resolution

    • Highlight any issues to Compliance in terms of financial procedures and client contracts and seek advice to ensure company meets its obligations*

    • Approve operation related tasks ie stock transfers vouchers for RSA tokens fund blocking Tharaa points

    • Approve account closures requests for Emirates NBD branches

    • Review approve Manager Cheques issuance requests and coordinate with finance team for further processing

    • Approve Margin Trading limits extension in Trade Net as per Banks instructions and after ensuring adequate documentation and required approvals are in place

    • Maintain andmonitor TMs Trading limits with Markets

    • Perform End of DayEOD process in Trade net for respective marketsCustodian NonCustodian

    • Ensure all processing errors are reported to IT team and maintain a logreport of errors arising from EOD processing escalate to management for further action

    • Saving daily fax logs and sending the abandoned faxes to CCC for rectification

    • Preparation of OverdrawnOD accounts report from Cognos system and follow up with Customer Service team branches for regularizing the accounts

    • Supervise and ensure timely performance on

    • Maintenance and reconciliation of VIP client accounts

    • Timely processing of trade confirmations and custody statements

    • Daily settlements TT processing fund

    • Check market connectivity trade net system link during trading session

    • Monitor DP host activations module in Trade net system

    • Coordinate with Trade net IT team with regards to system issues highlight to management for effective resolutions

    • Monitor DGCX SOD EOD and ensure processes are completed successfully and as per required timelines

    • Reporting of operational losses near misses and other risk events in the Operational Risk system in line with Op Risk policy and guidelines

    • Monitor group mailboxes to ensure all requests are adequately processed

    • Liaise with CCCbranches to ensure operational queries are processed referred to relevant parties in a timely manner escalated to manager when required

    • Ensure customer complaints relating operational matters are resolved on a timely manner further escalate to management when required

    • Ensure valuable input to new and ongoing initiatives

    • Identify processes for improvement and automation

    • Assist in coaching and training team members on revised processes

    • Assist in coaching and training to other departments when required on any operational procedure

    • To ensure proper backup within the team for continued operational support

    • To ensure adherence to task lists as per the assignments

    • Support in any other task assigned by the Supervisor

    • Maintain an error log for all processes people and system related issues

    • Training oaching team members on processes and system usage

    • Identifying relevant learning for team to enhance their skills

    Job Requirements

    • Good understanding of the Brokerage Operations Function

    • Understanding of the established procedures and policies

    • Ability to use systems

    • Good numerical skills

    • Organized systematic keen attention to detail

    • 5 years of experience in a brokeragebanking operational function with exposure to Securities trading

    • Bachelors Degree

    • Certified Associate from Chartered Institute for Securities InvestmentCISI
