SOC TEAM LEAD (Group IT - Security Operatios Center)
Emirates National Oil Company Group (ENOC) for Oil & Energy is currently seeking to hire SOC Team Lead who will be responsible for the following tasks
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Supervise SOC Analysts and Senior Analysts daily work and give guidance to ensure compliance to SOPs
Consolidate input from different team members and include it in final security reports before submitting to ISM.
Manage Team rotation plan to ensure 24x7x365 SOC coverage
Manage SOC team training to ensure current knowledge and readiness for new types of security threats
contribute to the development of appropriate IT Security policies, processes, systems, standards, procedures and internal controls in line with the corporate IT Security framework.
Identify and assess security risks and assist in implementing measures to manage and mitigate all identified risks.
Manage team contribution in closing identified security audit points.
Periodically report on IT security status, security systems efficiency, and recommended improvements to IS management.
Job Requirements
University degree in computer science
Should have minimum of 7-8 years of IT Security experience, with minimum 4 years of experience in SOC.
Should have strong IT and Technology background.
Should have very strong knowledge in IT security solutions including but not limited to Firewall, NGFW, IPS, IDS, SIEM, AV, Content Filtering, Cloud Security, Penetration Test, Security Code Review, End Point Detection & Response (EDR), User Behavior Analysis (UBA) and Security Scanners.
Strong proficiency with at least 1 programming or scripting languages.
Exposure to the development Security Information Analytics & Dashboard
Strong understanding of IT protocols and related hacking methodologies.
IT Security Related certification such as CISSP, CEH, CCNE etc. will be a plus.
Exposure to Security Orchestration Automation & Response (SOAR) Framework and Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) will be a plus.
