Executive Assistant - General Manager - Laundry & Home Care
Henkel Egypt is currently seeking to hire an Executive Assistant who will be responsible for the following tasksDuties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Manage the office services by organizing office operations, procedures, meetings and travel arrangements
Provide the administrative and professional support by preparing reports, controlling correspondences, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions as well as assigning and monitoring all other administrative tasks
Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems and forms
Design office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, making necessary adjustments with the alignment of the manager
Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results and meeting minutes
Fully responsible on cross country meetings’ arrangements and coordination as well as meeting minutes
Provide the necessary support for all activities, events and projects
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant study
Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field
Experience in organizing events
Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
