HR Digital Content Graduate Program

Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
360 Management of our Digital platforms – Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn
Content creation for all our social media platforms
Keep up to date with social media trends and best practices
Interact with our followers
Attend some brand events for social media coverage
Monitor, maintain and strengthen consistent voice across all platforms
Monitor digital performance and consumer engagement
Work cross-functionally to develop content
Create content to portray our EVP across all social media platforms
Work on internal projects with key internal stakeholders on digital projects
Job Requirements
You must be in your final year or a fresh graduate (less than a year)
You must be available for at least 6 months starting from the 13th of January 2019
Digital savvy
Demonstrate an ability to work in a multi-functional environment, and interact effectively with your business partners
Be able to operate in a fast moving environment and to manage time efficiently in order to meet deadlines
