Job Description
The U.S. Consulate in Dubai is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for a position of Chauffeur (Position No. D52724) in the General Services Office (GSO).
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Operates Motor Pool vehicles (sedans, SUVs, and pick-up or light trucks) to transport Consulate General personnel, official visitors, cargo, or deliveries within Dubai and surrounding areas.
Job Requirements

Completion of Secondary School is required.
Three years of professional driving experience in both driving passenger vehicles and light cargo trucks is required.
Level III (Good Working Knowledge) Speaking/Writing English is required.
Must be familiar with local traffic laws and area traffic patterns.
Must have good knowledge of streets and locations of prominent buildings in Dubai, Abu Dhabi with a general knowledge of other emirates in the UAE.
Must able to read maps. Must demonstrate ability to use best routes to avoid traffic jams. must have current and valid UAE driving license.
