Job Description
The U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Chauffeur (Position No. 348301-A52727) in the Regional Security Office (RSO).
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
The incumbent will serve as a Chauffeur to the Chief of Mission and/or Deputy Chief of Mission.
Job Requirements

Completion of secondary school is required.
Minimum of three years chauffeur or other appropriate driving experience is required.
Level III (Good Working Knowledge) Speaking/Reading/Writing in English is required. (This may be tested)
Level IV (fluent) Speaking/Reading/Writing in Arabic is required. (This may be tested)
Must be familiar with local traffic laws, regulations and area traffic patterns.
Must have good knowledge of streets and locations of prominent buildings in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and other Emirates in UAE
Must be familiar with all the security equipment and abilities of the fully armored car (FAV).
Must anticipate events within his control and take initiative.
Must display proper courtesy and possess superior driving skills.
Must have a UAE driving license. (This will be tested)
