Job Description
The main accountability of the Manager, Global Governance, Risk & Compliance is to manage SAP GRC service line including Access Control and any other areas that results from expanding the scope of GRC service for whole Borouge company (ADP & Pte) for all regions. The role will manage a team who are specialized in supporting access control service based on their assigned functions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Develop overall GRC strategy for the organization
Leverage Manage GRC service to the best fit of the organization growth
Lead and manage GRC access control support team
Generate progress reporting
Managing daily SAP access control requests and remediation activities
Establish partnership with business owners/ business process owners to support business growth and requirement
Ensure proper GRC AC knowledge and training
Ensure access control compliance accordingly to SAP GRC access control procedure and guidelines
Job Requirements
University Degree in Management Information Systems or related fields
English proficiency
Five (5) years of experience in cross business process area
Three (3) years of experience in SAP Access Control competencies is a must
Has required leadership and managerial skills
A domain expert in Access Control relevant to the assigned Function/Business Area for all the related tasks from technical “know how”, structural and architectural elements, to its business processes
Excellent end to end understanding of processes and analytical skills
Innovative thinking and a solution provider
Ability to manage change management, write technical specifications and complete testing scenarios
