Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Reports to the Head of Legal Department
Review Bank’s documentation
Review contracts & complicated financial structured documents
Perform legal research
Liaise with the Branch Managers / Heads of Departments to cater for their requests and enquiries
Handle legal training
Manage junior resources in the team
Job Requirements
Bachelor in Law. Master in law will be a plus
Banking business knowledge
High analytical & problem solving skills
High communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a reputable Firm/Bank/Financial Institution/Company
