The Strategy & Development group maps out where we’re going, what that means, and what it looks like. Our Research team analyses the industry so that we’re never playing catch-up. Design translates strategies into award winning products and experiences. In Program Management, it’s more about the delivery of our strategies into realized benefits. And our Corporate Planning team creates strategy so that we’re agile enough to respond in a fast-evolving industry. The Business Information Team provides vital intelligence to Dubai Airports' senior management, Strategy & Development and Customer Service Delivery Groups, making sure that they are well equipped to navigate our business and make informed decisions.
The purpose of the role is to inform DA Senior Leadership and the Strategy & Development and Customer Service Delivery Groups of company performance. The jobholder will support the CEO/EVP team and EVP Strategy & Development by analyzing corporate and group direction and objectives. Additionally, the jobholder will ensure effective use of data, BI tools and information by Strategy & Development, Customer Service Delivery and other relevant business units.
Job Requirements
You shall be educated to a Bachelor’s degree level in a numerical or computer science subject.
Excellent and demonstrable data analysis and organizational skills.
Experience with extracting value from large, disconnected and unstructured datasets.
Proven ability to communicate data and information in a manner that is readily understood by a wide audience of varied experience.
Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and identify, capture and analyze business requirements.
