Job Description
To manage all loans and credit cards deductions related to delinquent customer from salary control, cross holding to maximize account performance while providing a superior reconciliation on cost life allowance from salary and liabilities against collateral.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Manage segments of delinquent accounts in accordance with agreed risk based priorities
Tactical use of account holds and deductions to support restoring delinquent accounts to a regular status
Review account allocation daily and plan activity to ensure it is aligned to customer salary credit dates
All payment solutions should be reasonable for both Bank and customer, and be reflective of financial circumstances
Check MXP and BEAM before processing loan and OR credit card payment sent by |Tele collectors
Update collections system with all activity and outcomes
Review all customer account systems to identify if monies available to correct a delinquent account
Daily task report
Reconciliation of all payments made
Work fully within Risk policies and procedures
Job Requirements
Diploma in commerce/accounting/finance
Knowledge: General understanding of Collections activities and practices
Experience: minimum 1 year in similar role preferred
