Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
As the Administration Coordinator you will provide administrative support for the smooth functioning of the department on a daily basis.
All this while assisting in improving the efficiency of various existing work functions including, handling of confidential issues and supports the document tracking and controlling which require a high degree of discretion.
It will also be your job to perform various secretarial and administrative duties to support the requirements and maintain the office functions smoothly on a daily basis.
One will be responsible for tracking staff duty travel papers, maintaining a proper filing system for all correspondence generated to and from the department.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Associate Degree.
Excellent English communication skills .
You will have 4 years of job-related experience such as administration, document control and management, preferably from construction, engineering or Airport background.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously working in a cross cultured environment is essential.
