    Today, the Abu Dhabi Siemens Healthcare Customer Service Team invites qualified, hardworking and highly customer oriented candidates to join us in the role of Customer Service Engineer.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • As Customer Service Engineer you will be responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance, installations and startups for Angiography, Radiography, Fluoroscopy, Urography, Mammography systems, Mobile X-Ray units and Surgery C-arms.

    • You will be looking after Our Abu Dhabi customers with some short trips across UAE if needed.

    • As a Customer Service Engineer you will use your analytical skills to resolve technical problems effectively.

    • Paying special attention on competence and professional development of our team members.

    • Your readiness to give priority for the company goals and customers' needs will be highly welcomed.


    Job Requirements

    • Engineering/Biomedical Bachelor or Master degree from reputable university or college

    • You are considered as an experienced specialist in the field of servicing of X-Ray equipment

    • Proven track record in similar CS function from international Healthcare Business

    • You have an advanced analytical skills and problem solving ability

    • Solid work experience within a multicultural environment.

    • Excellent communication skills rounded by a very good command in English

    • High IT affinity
