Siemens is a global leader in the field of Engineering. We have numerous projects around the region in fields including Power Generation, Energy Management, Transportation and Oil & Gas.
Support digitalization of industry service processes and provide coordination, dispatch and documentation of the training business of Siemens Digital Factory division.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Support the Training Business Manager in preparing training offer and organizing training sessions.
Development of system tools to enhance the Industry Service processes, including digitalization of email forwarding, customer escalation detection, etc.
Development of system tools to track customer satisfaction through social media.
Supports the Service processes and ensure optimal performance in all process activities related to within his/her area of responsibility.
Escalates incidents according to the defined parameters and informs the Customer Care Center (CCC) on all escalation issues
Utilize, maintain and update all call handling and special services process documentation, and follows processes to maintain quality completion of all work.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience
Job Requirements
Currently a university student in engineering discipline.
Self-motivated with strong customer satisfaction and service focus, with good organizational, interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledgeable in Python programming language.
