Assistant Manager - Advance Product Planning | Toyota | Al Futtaim Automotive
The primary function of the this role is to collect, analyze, present, manage and maintain information/insights for the purpose of accurate and thorough decision-making within the Toyota Distributor Brand Operations and to support the Senior Manager: Advanced Product Planning in developing the long term Toyota brand product line-up.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Contribute to the new product launch process though initiating, planning and delivering the pre-launch and post-launch survey clinics as well as model PDCA reports
Develop and maintain measuring tools for the Toyota distributor brand operations brand pillars and key strategic marketing activities
Collect, analyze, present, manage and maintain ad hoc and quarterly market intelligence reports through data collected from industry reports, public information, field reports, purchased sources, mystery shopping, survey monkeys, CRD telephone calls, etc.
Manage and maintain Toyota Distributor Brand Operations insights library
Manage the market intelligence budget
Secure AF Toyota’s voice through liaison with TMC on the Toyota future product line-up.
Accurate and timeous preparation and submission of key product milestones proposals
Cross Car Line and Kaizen / Process improvement lead within Toyota Distributor Brand Operations

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: University degree in Marketing / Business administration / Engineering
Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a research agency or automotive industry [Product or Marketing position]
