Internship Description
The Real Estate Intern is responsible for supporting the Real Estate Manager in finding suitable sites for the F&B Business, conducting site assessments and creating feasibility studies for F&B outlets.
Intern's Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Source Real Estate for various F&B brands
Assist the Real Estate Manager in creating feasibility studies
Maintain property database, property valuations
Maintain market rates database
Maintain database for RE Market
Internship Requirements
Position requires a background in business administration, or property / real estate related field
Strong interpersonal skills, and proactive to take on challenging tasks
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with an ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner.
