Internship Description
The Social Media Intern will be expected to monitor media activity across a broad range of social media channels and cultivate and grow online relationships with customers ensuring customer service initiatives and inquiries are met in a timely manner.
Intern's Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Ensure coordination of all social media activities, and that customer review and comment responses are made within designated response times and are in accordance with each social media channel's engagement plan
Monitor on daily basis X-cite by Alghanim Electronics and competitors’ social media pages and websites and propose improvement plan and suggest best practices around the world
Prepare and monitor reports (on follower growth, engagement, etc.) with trends and emphasis on recommended future activities
Internship Requirements
Position requires a background in Marketing or any Business Administration related field
Should possess creative writing and content skills
Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English
Passionate about social media and online trends
Strong ability to present ideas, concepts and workflows in a clear and engaging manner
