    Job Description

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Generate the highest number of quality walk-ins to the showrooms through inbound and outbound activities.

    • Handling outbound and inbound calls to address defined responsibilities in accordance with Customer Service standards and to ensure customer satisfaction.

    • Strong commitment to world class customer service

    • Complete assigned support requests.

    • Communicate customer concerns to management to ensure the most effective and lasting problem resolution.

    • Support the Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.

    • Enter information captured during a phone conversation into multi-relational databases and/or CRM system.

    • Compose summary statements and/or email communication conveying the specifics around sales opportunities and prospect conversations.

    • Recording important information from customers and booking calls.

    • Communicating between team members on a daily basis.

    • Meet and exceed quality and customer satisfaction goals to ensure customer retention and uphold the company brand.

    • Strong decision making, change management, and negotiation skills

    • Ensures proper, accurate job notes in the system, and in databases used to communicate with customers as well as departments.

    • Build solid productive relationships with team members and customers.

    • Provide timely feedback to management on any issues or needs.

    Job Requirements

    • Arabic Speaker Only

    • Degree Holder or High School Diploma

    • Minimum two years’ customer service experience is required.

    • Exceptional communication skills, English and Arabic

    • Strong customer -service and telesales skills.

    • Ability to handle customer request via phone, emails and social media with courtesy and professionalism to resolve issues.

    • Computer literacy and proficiency with email, various internet browsers and/or the Windows operating system required.

    • Ability to navigate through software applications i.e.: Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word, experience with CRM system/ Vocalcom is a plus.
