Job Description
the Commercial Bank of Dubai is currently seeking to appoint a Customer Analytics Manager to Support large analytics business with the key focus on designing, collating, and disseminating information and analysis to the business leaders and management. Collaborating with end users to identify needs and opportunities to drive PBG Profitability. Developing and implementing appropriate business processes, dashboards, reports, disciplines and schedules that deliver a holistic review of results, trends.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Build and manage technical Business Intelligence to drive Product penetration & Revenue per customer.
Implementation and monitoring of Portfolio Optimization initiates to improve product profitability.
Simplify and automate management reporting process to reduce close cycle time by creating, managing and providing various daily, monthly, quarterly, annual reports to the management/departments/branches.
Provide interactive dashboards with an instant access to information to monitor measure and manage corporate performances. Interact and understand the requirements, design, collate and disseminate information and analysis to the business leaders and management.
Work closely with IT to keep abreast of any new projects and to understand roles and requirements of Business Intelligence team.
Extend the expertise and demonstrate the experience in BI Tools, Decision Support Systems, OLAP Technology, Multi-dimensional Data and business objectives.
Writing complex SQL queries with exposure and experience in Sybase, MS Sql Server, Oracle, DB2, and Informix including T-SQL.
Provide support to the preparation of short and long term reports of key performance indicators, ad hoc analysis reports, economic valuations and cost/benefit information as needed or requested
Constant Improvising, standardizing and Initiatives to be taken by the team to align to the department’s objectives.
Creation of advises, tables and reports for newly approved projects/systems where in-built reports are not available such as GFS/ISO Parser/ Matrix/ Vision Plus/Swift Connect, CRM, Phoenix Collateral module & HRMS etc,
Develop staff and departments capabilities in BI
This job holder has to play a key role in supporting the Head of Client Value Management(CVM) to achieve the Departmental objectives.
The jobholder is responsible to leverage analytics to arrive at opportunities that improve the overall PBG Profitability.
The jobholder needs to consult with business users on business needs, translating them into analytics/reporting requirements, and interfacing with business users to ensure successful delivery of reporting
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Accounting / Finance or Equivalent
6 to 8 years of relevant work experience in Business Intelligence / MIS
Solid understanding of SQL by writing complex SQL queries with exposure and experience of Sybase, MS Sql Server, Oracle, DB2, and Informix including T-SQL
Good verbal and written command of English and Arabic ( Prefer)
