Job Description
The job holder will handle department’s MIS related activities and conduct other policy related activities such as employer listing, underwriting and portfolio review.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Prepares periodic reports on department’s activities, uses these to analyze performance of various MIS initiatives and communicate accordingly with different user departments within the Risk Group.
Design and prepare new reports, analyze trends and provide information to management to facilitate strategic decision-making.
Responsible for all aspects of credit risk reporting including design, development, implementation, measurement and maintenance of all types of credit risk reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis or as and when required
Co-ordinate with internal units for requirement gathering, enhancements and system UAT, the development and automation of MIS requirements
Review, analyze and propose Employer profiles for listing based on the policy and standard operating procedures of the unit
Regular Review of Employer’s list to control unprofitable segments by delisting of non-performing employers on a regular basis on parameters specified
Quality Assurance for sample credit application files to ensure cases are approved in adherence in policy & procedures
Conduct salary credit review and highlight issues where salary not credited
First Installment Default review
Review of portfolio segments- monitor quality of the portfolio via segmentation analysis for both performing and non-performing portfolio
Ensure policy changes are incorporated in Loan Origination System as and when changes occur
Ensure that consolidated policies are available to Underwriting as and when changes occur.
Perform any other duties or responsibilities that are assigned by the management.
Works with the team in accordance with the department objectives and established Policies & Procedures and established practices. Completed work is subject to review by the management.
Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on the status of assigned functions and may be called upon to present findings and recommendations regarding such information.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 3 years experience in banking, preference will be given to individuals with least 1 year in the same position.
Good written and oral communication skills in English and in Arabic is desirable.
Good computer skills (MS Office).
General awareness of ‘listing’ criteria in Banks.
Analytical skills like financial data analysis and critical thinking are a must.
