    Internship Description

    Interns' Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Interfaces directly with internal and external customers to initiate remote activity, to provide activity status updates, and to confirm activity completion.

    • Execute technical pre-upgrade health checks to ensure customer environment readiness: Verify upgrade package availability, stable connections, and customer contact.

    • Assess client environment - ensure that there are no open SR's that may impact the upgrade. Postpone activity and inform customer if environment is not adequately prepared for upgrade.

    • You will record and update customer calls on Customer Service Call Tracking Databases in a timely and accurate manner. It will be important for you to use defined protocols and independent judgment to properly escalate more complex issues to more experienced staff or to product specialized support engineers in order to resolve customer issues in the most expedient manner possible.

    • As a 24x7x365 organization, shift work, holidays, weekends and on-call responsibilities may be required.

    • Finally, you will redirect or provides necessary follow-up with customers and Customer Service Management to ensure issue is satisfactorily resolved.
