Job Description
Developing and implementing maintenance electromechanical programs and set up preventive maintenance plan. The Engineer will be responsible for Managing and overseeing the work performed by contractors, technical teams, arrange work scheduling, reporting and administrative works.
The Engineer must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and be able to work in a team environment with people from various groups, such as operations, vendors and engineering firms.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Evaluates and analyses the operation and performance of equipment, and systems.
Creates and coordinates maintenance and safety procedures, services schedule and the supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition.
Ensures proper and efficient operation of all building systems and equipment.
Investigates malfunctions or breakdowns of systems to diagnose causes and locate the source of the problem.
Works with vendors and contractors in maintenance and repair of systems and equipment.
Planning and monitoring Budget.
Responsible for all Mechanical Systems HVAC & BMS, Plumbing & Firefighting and BHS.
Reviews of Specifications & Design of various projects in The Facility.
Updates service drawings of the MEP systems.
Scheduling and Management of Access Machines entry and exit to Terminal
Document and Technical drawing control.
Schedules and Manages Water/Drainage/Firefighting connection and modification works inside tenants and terminal due to fit out changes.
Work Permit (Cold and Hot) control.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
5 years’ experience in relevant facilities management system.
Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) practices and policies.
Experience of safe working practices, risk assessments, method statements and permit-to-work systems.
