    Kuwait Finance House - KFH is currently looking for Customer Service Representative

    To handle inbound/Outbound customer calls and execute Retail Banking campaigns in order to assist customers at all their enquiries or product application requests and the achievement of sales targets with assurance of delivering excellence in service quality.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Handle all Incoming calls/assigned leads with due care and attention which meets customers’ expectations.

    • Complete all product application forms and route to Follow-Up for processing in a timely manner.

    • Identify cross-selling opportunities and assigned leads which will consequently submitted to related business functions (Direct sales – Automotive sales…) as per KFH guidelines and approved set up processes / SL via CRM.

    • Complete all required sales target achievement, lead generation and incentive forms and channel to related business parties.

    • Ensure service levels abide by the overall service quality standards set for business lines served by the Inbound/Outbound Teams.

    • Educate the customer on the variety of KFH products and services in order to build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by KFH.

    • Receive and log customers’ issues and complaints and forward to the Customer Complaints function in order to ensure timely resolution and maintain excellent customer service.

    • Follow up on new requests and various KFH products to ensure customers receive the requested services within the stipulated time.


    Job Requirements

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.

    • 0-2 of post qualification experience.
