Internship Description
The Network Development Intern is responsible for providing support in the various network development areas, which include Adaptation of National Retail Network Strategy, Dealership Standards management, Business Development and Customer Satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Collects dealers data provided by MBEg business units.
Verify and analyze the submitted data to evaluate the performance of each dealer
Prepare standardized reports to management of retailers, MBEg and HQ on a regular basis
Adapt and define the dealer standards catalogue for Egyptian market in cooperation with respective business units and in consultation with HQ
Communicate the dealer standards catalogue with clear specifications and expectations towards the retail network partners
follow up regularly and assist in the implementation of the dealer standards catalogue
Compile and check annual target agreements drafts based on inputs of BUs
Communicate target agreements drafts to the retail network business partners and ensure the formal closing of the process (signatures)
Follow up the implementation of the CSI programs with the local supplier
Communicate CSI targets towards the retail network partners
Follow up CSI survey implementation and results in cooperation with appointed agency (supplier)
Communicate CSI survey results to the retail network partners and to HQ
Assist BUs in defining action plans and measures to increase future results
Coordinate and steer dealer satisfaction survey process within MBEg as well as with dealers
Prepare detailed reporting of the results, including analysis
Steering of DSS action plan process within MBEg.
Monitor the development of the retail network if the competitors and other brands in term of new location / new CI implementation
Provide information on the main investors in the local automotive market
Update retail network profile presentation. including the information of competitors in the market
