Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Markets bank’s products to customers in order to promote Bank’s products and increase business.
Ensure that all banking transactions are within bank’s policies and procedures.
Answers calls relating to routine customer queries in areas of all NBK Services and Products in order to effectively provide services to NBK customers.
Identifies products or services in order to meet the customer needs and Cross sell / Up sell where relevant.
Job Requirements
Kuwaiti National.
Diploma or Bachelor Holder
0- 3 years experience in sales and Customer Service
Ability to work under pressure
Flexible (able to work shifts)
To deal with team work
Computer literate including good keyboard skills
