The Program is aimed at young UAE national school graduates who want a career with a difference and who are passionate about technology and the width of its application. It’s an ideal career choice for the ones who aspires to be part of the exciting world of Technology.
The structured program consists of 4 years of Academics and 2 years of On-job training. The four year academic phase supports and guides trainees in completing the sponsored Bachelors in Software Engineering. The two year on-job training phase exposes the trainees to the wide spectrum of technologies and technical capabilities through placements with the support of mentor and continuous learning. The Technologists are not only exposed to, but actively involved in tasks and deliverables in areas as diverse as CyberSecurity, Solutions Design and Delivery, Software Engineering/ Development, etc. Technologists will work in operational or enterprise technology roles.
Upon graduation from the program, you will be formally appointed to a team to build upon your newfound skills and experience based on your interests, as well as what’s important for us as a business.
Job Requirements
UAE Nationals Only
High school graduate (A level) with a score of 85% and above
18-24 years old
Holds a valid UAE passport and Khulasat Al Qaid
IELTS score of 6 and above.
Fluency in written and spoken English
Note: Ministry of Higher Education or KHDA attestation is required for certificates
