Kuwait Airways is recruiting for the role of Senior Manager, Financial Planning
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Understand the drivers, key processes, revenue and cost streams and future business plans for each functional area of the business and assist departments in developing medium and long-term financials plans.
Consolidate the financial plans from each functional area, develop medium, and long term consolidated business and financial plan for KAC and present it to senior management.
Provide support to the senior management team in developing KACs long-term strategic plan by forecasting the financial health of the organization as accurately as possible, regularly reviewing the business plans in the light of changes to internal and external factors, past performances and market conditions.
Develop financial performance evaluation process to critically and objectively evaluate the performance of the departments. Discuss the deviations with departments and agree on course correction required or need to restate the plans.
Job Requirements
University degree in any discipline
Ten years’ management accounting, budgeting and financial analysis experience.
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
Excellent systems knowledge with good PC application and keyboard skills.
