Kuwait Airways is recruiting for the role of Director, Human Resources
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity.
Develop financial strategies for human resources operations by estimating, anticipating the needs, trends and developing action plans.
Plays a key role as a strategic business partner to the decision making aligned with the company strategy.
The Job holder is also responsible of guiding management and HR procedures by researching, writing and updating policies and guidelines
Monitors Civil Service Commission decisions, Kuwaiti and other countries' labour laws to advise Management of their effect on the Corporation.
Job Requirements
B.Sc. degree in Human Resources or equivalent, Master's degree is preferred.
15 years’ experience in various Human Resource function with at least 6 years in a senior management position.
Professional HR qualification (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, CIPD) is preferred.
Airline experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of written and spoken English and Arabic
Lead the change.
Familiar with Oracle/ SAP
