    Job Description

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Perform in recruitment duties including headhunting, resume filtration, and interviewing.

    • Participate in developing the onboarding process.

    • Review job descriptions and work with managers to prepare new employees’ 90-days plan.

    • Follow-up on incoming employees’ paperwork and upload to system.

    • Work with employee relations on evaluations.

    • Review and update employee files

    • Track sick leaves and other attendance related concerns.

    • Conduct frequent branch visits.


    Job Requirements

    • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's in Business, Psychology, or related field.

    • Perfect command of English and Arabic.

    • Passionate about Human Resources.

    • Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous internships or demonstrated work experience (i.e. research assistant, teaching assistant, personal projects, etc.)
